This bushy vine native to Chile can grow in any type of soil, from sandy to clay. They are resistant to pests and diseases. It is considered a plant with depurative properties, its leaves and roots are regularly used as a diuretic for rheumatic and liver diseases. And in topical form is used in treatment of wounds, ulcers and other dermatological problems.

With acid, neutral or alkaline pH, its subway part will grow vigorously in sandy, loamy or clayey textured substrates, which can generally be kept humid.
